Most of our shoes run true to size; however, we recommend checking our detailed size guide on each product page which includes conversions for US, European, and UK sizing to ensure the perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Exchanges are free, while returns for a refund may be subject to a small processing fee.
Are Taos shoes designed with orthotic support?
Yes, many of our styles feature our signature Curves & Pods® premium removable footbed, which provides exceptional arch and metatarsal support for all-day comfort.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international customers in the near future.
How should I clean and maintain my Taos shoes?
For leather styles, we recommend using a damp cloth and a leather conditioner. For suede or nubuck, use a specialized brush to remove dirt and restore the nap.
