We want you to love your Taos Footwear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure your feet stay comfortable and stylish with the perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and securely seal the box with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
